On 17 Oct 2019 , Students of BBA 2nd,3rd and MBA 1st Year of Vision College of Management Kanpur Visited SEBI, Lucknow as a part of the Industrial Visit.
The students were welcomed by Mr. S. D. Mishra, MCX-BD Head, SEBI, thereafter the first session was taken up by Ms. Supriya. She gave a brief insight into the history of SEBI & the role of SEBI as a regulator in financial market. She shared that by gaining and spreading the proper awareness about SEBI we can educate the upcoming investors.
The key speaker for the second session was Mr. S.D. Mishra.He told students that securities market is a fading trend as it is totally emotion driven but commodities market is the upcoming one. He further generated awareness about the capital market and told the students that by doing few certifications in derivatives students can easily get job in this field.
Both the sessions ended with a question and answer session followed by the valedictory session where the students were awarded certificates by Mr. Naveen Saxena, AGM SEBI- U.P Head.
